Comfort Station

Brand identity

Beginning life as a Portobello Market stall, Comfort Station has been based in East London since 2004. The jewellery shop is the brainchild of founder Amy Anderson, who ensures that every collection she designs is handcrafted on site. Amy invited us to redesign the Comfort Station visual identity, taking in all touchpoints: from online, through packaging and stationery, to the shop interior. We ensured that Amy’s love of black and white – as well as her keen eye for playful literary, geographic and astrological references – was present in the refreshed visual language. Jewellery geeks may even spot the reference to the intricate casting process in the new logotype.

“I’d never have dreamed that Baxter and Bailey would come up with an identity that so closely compliments my work process and my work aesthetic. I’m beyond delighted.”
