We helped Leonard Cheshire Disability to launch their Change100 campaign, which offers paid professional internships for talented disabled students and graduates. Benefitting both disabled candidates and blue-chip employers, the scheme offers fantastic work experience opportunities while employers can tap into talent that can otherwise be overlooked. We realised early on that Change100 is about brilliant people entering the world of work. So we made them the stars of the show.
