Women Talk Real Estate

Brand identity

WTRE was founded in 2017 in order to help right a significant wrong. Women represent just 14% of all speakers at real estate events across Europe. This means that out of 1660 speaking opportunities in 2016, only 230 were taken up by women. To tackle this imbalance, founders Andrea Carpenter and Viktorija Grubesic set up WTRE to showcase the pan-European expertise of female professionals, challenge stereotypes and provide role models for the industry. In practical terms, this means that their ever growing database connects female professionals with speaking and media opportunities, providing expert media training along the way. Andrea and Viktorija asked us to help them launch the non-profit organisation with a suitably stereotype-challenging brand identity. As a result of the launch, women real estate professionals are increasingly visible, vocal and heard. Which we think is something to talk about.

What we did

“Baxter and Bailey were a delight to work with; fun, creative and supportive in our early start-up phase. They took us from an idea that just existed on paper and helped bring the concept to life with a fresh and contemporary brand identify that perfectly matched how we wanted to present ourselves to the market.”
