Nine years of impact

It was nine years ago this month that BB co-founders Matt Baxter and Dom Bailey carried their books, Macs, furniture and ideas up some very steep stairs to the top floor of 6 Hoxton Square and set to work (after we’d had a sit down and a cup of tea, obviously) as Baxter & Bailey.

Since then, we’ve been pretty busy.

Amongst other things, we’ve…

…built a team of nine creative, dedicated, lovely people; moved the business to brilliant Brighton; set up an all-conquering in-studio digital dev team; picked up a few gongs (including several pencils and a light bulb); travelled all over the world; worked with amazing clients near and far (including one client team in Byron Bay which, by our reckoning, is about as far as you can get); spoken to event audiences big and small; set student briefs; helped our clients to make positive change; bought a shredder; broken a shredder; grown (and lost) some grey hairs #creative .

At times it’s been tough. The last 12 months have been a challenge for everyone we know. But right now we’re really busy doing what we set out to do nine years ago: building a body of work that makes a positive impact in the world for clients we admire.

And, perhaps most amazingly of all, it feels like we’re getting better and better at doing this thing we enjoy.

What could be better?
