Brand strategy and brand identity
A lovely little identity solution for a lovely little charity (with a seriously big impact).
Some projects are big, unwieldy and complex. Others, like this one, are small and perfectly formed. Little Green Pig is a writing and mentoring charity for young people in Sussex. They believe in the right to write, and that this vital form of self-expression builds confidence, communication and literacy skills. We couldn’t agree more. Which is why we were thrilled to be asked to create a new visual identity for Little Green Pig, helping to align them with partner organisation The Ministry of Stories. We were especially thrilled with the great work done by our friends at environmental design specialists Sherlock on the Little Green Pig pop-up spaces. And as we always say: s’nowt like a lovely little logo job.
“Baxter & Bailey created a perfectly formed brand identity for us which completely reflects who we are and what we do. And by creating a narrative on our business cards, they exemplified in one fell swoop the work we do: helping kids to tell their story. Beyond perfect.
Little Green Pig serves all young people in the city of Brighton & Hove, but focuses its resources on young people most in need. Since launch, the charity has doubled the number of children it works with year-on-year and tripled the number of schools, and its in-school pop-up residency has become a firm fixture of the curriculum.
Huge thanks to Ella and Julie at Little Green Pig for asking us to help them redesign the brand identity for this very special charity. It has been hugely gratifying to see the organisation go from strength to strength. We’re very piggin’ proud to be part of the LGP family.
