Context

Insurtech is a fast growing sector with many startups entering the commercial arena. On the outside, AND-E was faced with the challenge of growing its visibility and reputation in this younger, dynamic, fast paced and increasingly competitive market place. On the inside, AND-E needed to appeal to discerning employees who value purpose over salary and where there a company name had eighteen pronunciations. On both sides it became clear that a compelling, aligned and future focussed identity was the missing connection.
